• Support for a local church student ministry in assessing their ministry as an "outside" observer.  Churches with a youth minister can take advantage of our evaluation to strengthen their ministry and gain insights as to both depth and width of their program.  Churches in between youth ministers can take advantage of the interim time to re-evaluate their present needs and vision for the future as they seek their next leader for the youth ministry (see "Youth Pastor Search Support").  Churches operating a youth ministry with volunteer leaders will gain insights to new ways they can minsiter to youth in their present leadership setting, and focus on ministry they are capable of doing with the support of their church.

• Assessments are customized to a particular church, but include surveys and other evaluation tools, personal observation and sessions with our team and youth minsitry leaders, students and parents.  Most of this can be done during one weekend, with some advance work and followup contacts after the weekend.
