Higher Call Youth Source (HCYS) is a ministry of Doug Watson, and other leaders noted elsewhere who work with him from time to time on special conferences or training events. HCYS and Doug's ministry as the Coordinator of the Springfield Youth Leaders Network is a full-time, at-large, "missionary" work. He depends on income from HCYS events, monthly commitments of $25, $50, $100, $500, or more, or various one-time donations, to operate this ministry and support his family. All monthly support or one-time donations are tax-free when given through the Springfield Youth Leaders Network, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
